Which platforms are supported today?

SocMan currently supports Instagram and Facebook workflows via Meta connectivity.

Connection Setup

What do I need before connecting Meta accounts?

  • Your Instagram account should be a Business profile.
  • The Instagram Business profile should be linked to a Facebook Page.
  • Your Facebook user account should have admin access on the linked page.

Credits

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed by generation actions. Usage and history are visible at workspace level in billing views.

Billing

How do trial, subscription, and top-up behave?

  • Initial plan checkout includes a 7-day trial flow.
  • Subscription cancellation is handled as period-end cancellation.
  • Top-ups are one-time credits and remain additive.

Generation

Are there limits on regeneration?

Regeneration is credit-gated. Some workflows can include additional operation-level guardrails to prevent unstable retry loops.

Workspaces

How do workspaces affect setup and publishing?

SocMan is workspace scoped. Profile details, credentials, connections, credits, and publish readiness are tied to the currently selected workspace.

Onboarding Support

Can I schedule, reschedule, or cancel onboarding calls?

Yes. You can book available slots, reschedule to a new slot, and cancel active bookings directly in the call flow.

Credit Balance

What happens when credits run out?

Generation actions are blocked until credits are added. After adding credits through a plan or top-up, you can continue from the same workflow.
