SocMan is a workflow platform. Some processing is performed by trusted third-party services that are required for integrations, billing, scheduling, and secure operations.

  • Account details such as email, name, and session/authentication data.
  • Workspace profile details entered during onboarding and setup.
  • Content workflow data including calendar items, generated assets, and style settings.
  • Billing and credit usage records linked to each workspace.
  • Support and call scheduling details when booking onboarding or support sessions.

How We Use Information

  • Provide secure access to your account and selected workspace.
  • Run generation, planning, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
  • Process subscriptions, trial state, top-ups, and credit visibility.
  • Improve reliability, diagnose failures, and deliver product support.

Platform Integrations (Meta, Facebook, Instagram)

When you connect Meta accounts, SocMan stores workspace-scoped connection credentials and identifiers required to support publishing operations.

Publishing readiness depends on valid permissions and active linked accounts. If required permissions are missing or revoked, publish actions can fail.

Payments and Billing Processors

Subscription checkout and payment processing are handled through Stripe. SocMan stores subscription and credit metadata needed for billing operations. Full payment card data is handled by Stripe, not SocMan.

Calls and Support Workflows

For onboarding and support scheduling, we process booking details such as slot timing, workspace context, and meeting metadata to coordinate support workflows.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for service operation, billing visibility, and reliability. Workspace deletion actions remove associated workspace data in line with product behavior and operational constraints.

Security and Safeguards

We use technical and organizational controls designed to protect account and workspace information. No system can promise absolute security, so controls are continuously improved as the platform evolves.
